Provide support to regional operations team, including in functions such as fleet, facilities, ordering and invoicing, mail processing, data analysis and support.
Tasks can vary based on skill set and projects and may include: data entry and/or analysis, working with spreadsheets, drafting correspondence, answering phones, supporting or leading training for staff, ordering supplies and maintaining inventory, processing invoices, assigning fleet vehicles, and meeting vendors on site on behalf of Business Operations Specialist.
- Skills Requested: Competencies in Microsoft Office with Word and Excel are a must. Able to find information on-line and in printed manuals. Able to work with databases (training provided). Able to be present in the office, work with others, and provide excellent customeRequirements & Commitment: 4 hours per day, at least 1 day per week
